| Key roles: | Marianne is a senior member of the local government and environmental law teams and provides legal advice in these areas. She is responsible for advising our local government clients and assisting in developing our young lawyers. |
| Qualifications: | Marianne graduated LLB from Waikato University in 1995, LLM from Waikato University in 1997 and attained her Masters in Philosophy (International Environmental law) from Nottingham University in 1999. Previously she worked for public law specialists Chen & Palmer based in Wellington. She is a member of the New Zealand Resource Management Law Association. |

| Key roles: | Victoria is a member of the commercial team and practices in the areas of commercial and property law. She has a particular interest in intellectual property matters and also trust law in relation to the formation and administration of charitable trusts. |
| Qualifications: | Victoria graduated LLB from the University of Otago. She is an experienced lawyer who has practiced for a number of years both within New Zealand as well as Australia and the United Kingdom. |
